Informational and educational purpose

MarketRunner is operated by MarketRunner LLC. MarketRunner is for informational and educational purposes. It provides automated market research, screening, ratings, charts, and related tools. It is not investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

Automated ratings

Labels such as Strong Buy, Buy, Possible Buy Here, Hold For Now, Possible Sell Here, Sell, Strong Sell, bullish, and bearish are automated model outputs. They reflect how MarketRunner’s methodology interprets available market and financial data. They are not individualized recommendations or instructions to trade.

A name appearing in Daily Setups or receiving a rating does not mean every user should buy, sell, or hold that security.

Not personalized

Ratings do not consider your financial situation, investment objectives, portfolio, tax situation, liquidity needs, time horizon, or risk tolerance. Outputs are impersonal.

Model and data limitations

Outputs may rely on third-party prices, financials, estimates, news, technical indicators, and other public or licensed data. Inputs can be delayed, incomplete, revised, unavailable, or wrong. Model outputs can change as new data arrives. Source errors can affect ratings, rankings, valuations, and forecasts.

Forward-looking information

Forecasts, valuation targets, probabilities, expected returns, scenario analyses, and future estimates are inherently uncertain. Actual results may differ materially.

Investment risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. No rating, model output, setup, chart, paper result, or historical display guarantees future performance.

Paper and hypothetical performance

Paper trading, simulated portfolios, backtests, and hypothetical results shown by MarketRunner are not equivalent to actual customer investment results. Simulated performance has inherent limitations (including spreads, slippage, liquidity, timing, fees, and behavioral factors) and may differ materially from live trading. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.

See Paper portfolio methodology for how the public Daily Setups paper track record is calculated.

Conflicts

MarketRunner LLC, its owners, operators, or affiliates may hold long or short positions in securities discussed, analyzed, scanned, or displayed by the Service. Such positions may be initiated, changed, or closed before or after a security appears on MarketRunner, and MarketRunner may not provide notice of every position change. This disclosure does not imply that MarketRunner LLC uses confidential or nonpublic information.

No advisory relationship

Use of MarketRunner does not create an investment-advisory, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship with MarketRunner LLC. Full terms are in the Terms of use.
